I wish to request under the Freedom of Information Act a copy of all electronic and written correspondence, briefing notes and memoranda between the Department and the Military Authorities in preparation of the joint submission to Phase 2 of the Public Service Pay Commission that seeks to report on recruitment and retention issues in the Defence Forces.
