RE: Petition to EU Parliament regarding Aircraft Noise (Dublin Airport) Regulation Act 2019  What about the money €8.34 Million to date?  Where did this money come from and where did it go?  Regulations on Irish Statute Book - suggests Exchequer Funds paid this money? i.e. Taxpayers money?  €1,400,000 paid from the Exchequer or the DAA into a bank account specified by the CEO? and Fingal Co. Council never seen this money?
