Timeframe: 1 January 2023 to 31 July 2025 Scope: I request access to non-personal records held by DFA Headquarters only (not missions) concerning: 1. Any internal briefing notes, guidance, correspondence, or policy documents discussing: • Irish citizens being misidentified as British nationals in EU Member States post-Brexit; • Irish citizens being asked to prove native English language ability despite their Irish nationality. 2. Any records of referrals or correspondence with SOLVIT or the European Commission regarding these issues.
