• All internally-generated documentation in the Department of Justice from 1 January 2016 to 24 July 2018 relating to the proposed referendum on Article 41.2 of the Constitution, concerning the status of women in the home. • This documentation should include the Department's taskforce report on the issue plus all correspondence exchanged with such interested parties - but not exclusively - as the National Women's Council of Ireland, the Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission, the Irish Countrywomen's Association and the Oireachtas Women's Caucus.
