Any correspondence, and attachments, between Tusla and the Department of Justice, including the Border Management Unit, that relates to the quality/adequacy of assessments carried out by Tusla of unaccompanied minors at ports/airports in Ireland, as part of their remit into approving or refusing requests for family reunification. The timeframe for this request is from 1 January 2020 to 17 May 2022. This request relates to when unaccompanied minors arrive at ports/airports in Ireland and an adult says they are a family member/parent there to meet them.
