I am making a request under the Freedom of Information Act for any records, communications or file notes relating to making any Railway Orders under the Transport (Railway Infrastructure) Act 2001 (as amended) to provide for the potential development, construction and/or operation of a metro or light railway at, or near, the site of 2 Grand Parade developed by Hines Real Estate Ireland Ltd from 2017 to present.
