I wish to request the following information and supporting documentation pursuant to Environmental Information Directive and Regulations (AIE) and Freedom of Information legislation (FOI): 1. Can you confirm the Investment to Date (ITD) on the Bandon Flood Relief Scheme (FRS)? 2. Can you confirm the breakdown of the ITD in terms of public money paid out to third parties and accruals of amounts in respect of the Bandon FRS? 3. Can you confirm the latest forecast for the final Construction Cost for the Bandon FRS? 4. Can you confirm the Agreed Contract Sum, at signing, for the Main Contractor on the Bandon FRS? 5. Can you confirm the current certified amount of public money that has been paid to the Main Contractor on the Bandon FRS and what budgetary provision has been made for outstanding Claims or Adjustment Events Notices from the Main Contractor the Bandon FRS? 6. Can you confirm the amount that has been certified on Contractor Claims or Adjustment Events on the Bandon FRS? 7. Can you confirm the latest revised forecast for the Capital Cost at Completion for the Bandon FRS? 8. Can you confirm the latest forecasted Project Cost for the Bandon FRS i.e. the Project Cost that is comparable to the Project Cost utilised in the original Cost – Benefit Analysis for which approval was sought to proceed with the Bandon FRS? 9. Can you confirm if the annual maintenance budget for the Bandon FRS has been finalised and/or the current/ anticipated cost for annual maintenance? Please clarify if there is Contractor or Service Level Agreement with a local authority or other State Body to administer maintenance or the maintenance budget within your response. 10. Can you confirm the Ministerial approval figure for the Bandon FRS Budget and please clarify if this figure is to cover Capital Cost only? 11. Can you confirm the accepted tender price for professional service fees from the Engineering Consultants on the Bandon FRS, the amount certified and paid (accounted for in ITD) to these Engineering Consultants and the total budget to completion for Engineering Services on the Bandon FRS? 12. Can you confirm if a retrospective Cost-Benefit Analysis been undertaken for the Bandon FRS post hand-over of the scheme from the Contractor for operation or post Completion of the Capital Works Contract? If yes, can you confirm the outcome of this analysis? 13. Can you clarify if additional costs to the Construction, Capital and Project Budget and arising from the Bandon FRS have been notified to the Minister and/or Government Department? 14. Can you confirm if there are any additional costs that have been addressed, or provision has been made to address, through a contribution to the Local Authority or other State Body to undertake works of any description relating to, or as a consequence of the Bandon FRS? 15. Can you confirm if there are any legal costs, or provision for future legal costs, arising from proceedings where the Bandon FRS is mentioned?
