1. I am requesting information about what rates if any you charge for hotels, B&B's, guesthouses or short term lets (i.e airbnb) and related records. 2. The amount of enforcement proceedings that your council commenced on short term lets in 2016, 2017 and 2018. 3. Information about any properties that were granted or refused planning permission to be used as short term lets since 2016 and what contribution towards public services if any they were asked to pay as part of their planning permission.
