Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I am requesting access to any records held by the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment (DETE) relating to the use and authorisation of Irish State emblems by the initiative known as “Back for Business” and any individuals or entities connected to it. Specifically, I request: 1. Any applications for, or consent granted by the Minister, for the use of Irish State emblems (including the harp, the shamrock, or other official Irish Government insignia) in connection with the initiative known as “Back for Business”, from 2017 to the present. 2. Any applications for, or consent granted to, Fitzsimons Consulting or Paula Fitzsimons, for the use of State emblems or Irish Government branding in public communications, websites, business-related materials, or promotional campaigns.
