A Circular letter issued to each Health Board and each Voluntary and Joint Board Hospitals by the Department of Health on 10 January 1990 which referred to fact that no charge should be raised, or bill issued by these agencies in respect of hospital services provided to members of the Permanent Defence Force or dependant of same with effect from 1 January 1990. Any records relating to a change in policy regarding the a/m circular generated or received by the Department of Health in the last four years.
