In relation to Condition 5 of the North Runway planning permission at Dublin Airport, please provide me with all documentation, reports, emails on Condition 5 and how the daa intends to comply with it. Please include all references to the daa's plans to open the North Runway at the end of August 2022. Please also include correspondence to other Government Departments, airlines, ANCA, FCC and consultants.
