include – • Procurement and tender documents; • Contracts, licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, free-trial agreements; • Names of companies which sold generative AI to the department; • Records related to meetings or follow-up actions with any vendors, companies, or other private entities marketing generative AI to the department for any use; • Purchase orders and invoices; • All marketing materials - unsolicited, requested, or otherwise - acquired from vendors of generative AI; • Any policy directives, guidance documents, memoranda, training materials, or similar records governing the use of generative AI for immigration, welfare or other purposes.
