A copy of the data protection breach log in respect of 2019 and 2020 to date, where 'data protection breach log' is construed to mean a record maintained by the DJE Data Protection Officer or other relevant person of notifications received by staff of suspected data protection breaches in accordance with the Department's data protection policy, outlining the nature of the suspected breach, the section or department responsible, and the outcome of the incident.
