Under the Freedom of Information Act we hereby request a copy of the complete LCC file on the above dangerous structure 2023 017 from the date of us first reporting it to you on the 7th June 2022 up to the present time. This request is necessary due to matters and decisions contained that directly affect our Safety on which we have received inadequate communication and consultation from LCC.
