1. How many houses were CPO'd by the council under the Derelict Sites Act or otherwise in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024, taking each year separately? 2. What is the success rate of CPO acquisitions by the Council? i.e. What proportion of pursued CPO cases result in a positive acquisition. 3. Any additional brief notes on the buildings acquired if available e.g. BER rating, House Type, etc.
