Any notes, records, policy documents or guidelines, memos, attendances, meeting minutes generated or any other information in hard or digital format or held on a device or computer within the power, control or possession of DCEDIY which relates the selection or exclusion of a school from the in school therapy pilot program from June 2024 to date. This should include any contact up to and including by focus group that DCEDIY had with the school management and the BOM and/or communicated with in any form, directly or indirectly, in relation to the pilot program or in relation to any scheme which aimed to have therapists working in the school from August 2024 to date.
