According to Mr Gavin McLoughlin of the Independent.ie in his article on Saturday 18th August, 2018,he referred to under the Freedom of Information Act he had acquired a letter sent by Mr. O Kelly to the Minister for Finance Pascal Donohoe regarding, Mr O’Kelly’s views on the SBCI and funding the Banks, and the Banks could now get money cheaper than from the SBCI, Could you please forward me a copy of that same letter which was forwarded to Mr. McLoughlin under the Freedom of Information Act.
