Department of the Taoiseach

A copy of all written correspondence between the Taoiseach or the Secretary General of the Department of the Taoiseach and to either the chief executive of the Health Service Executive or the Board/ Chairman of the Health Service Executive. This can be restricted to a period from May 1, 2020 to the present day. This can exclude any communication of a general nature which can be taken to mean correspondence which was not directly addressed to either the CEO of the HSE of the Board / Chairman of the HSE and where these parties were merely among a wider cc-list. For the avoidance of doubt, if the CEO was the primary recipient and the Board/Chair was the cc-ed recipient this should be considered within the scope of this request and vice versa.
