I would like to request the following records under the Freedom of Information act 2014. 1. A list of all the tenders issued over the past 3 years (1st Jan 2018 to 31st Dec 2020) 2. The publication date each tender was issued and the response deadline for submission of bids from interested companies 3. The category of each tender (e.g. construction, supply of equipment, technology etc) 4. The issuing authority/body/organisation i.e. the Buyer 5. The winner of the tender [company/individual name(s)] 6. The duration of each tender 7. Was the tender for an individual supplier (one company) or a panel of suppliers (multiple companies) 8. Whether the tender was to pick an individual supplier or a panel of potential suppliers. 9. The value of each tender 10. A flag indicating whether the winner was the incumbent provider of that product/service 11. The date the winner was announced 12. The draw-down of the tender - i.e. how much (€ value) was actually paid out to the winning bidder(s) for the services they provided under the tender? 13. Where relevant, the date the tender was cancelled. 14. The procedure for each tender (e.g. Open Procedure (OJEU)
