I am requesting in electronic form a copy of any memos and/or circulars generated since 1 May 2020 that were instructing sections to refer anyone who requests their personal data to the FOI Unit rather than the Data Protection Unit. I am also requesting any documents (e.g. emails, meeting minutes) connected with the DJE's referral decision from the previous paragraph.
