1. All guidance, notes, instructions and training material on use of discretion in respect to preclearance applications for "Non-Visa required and a Non-EEA" Spouses of a UK Citizen Sponsors. a. Recent and up-to-date list of supporting documents required from a UK Citizen to Sponsor an Applicant Spouse, a Non-Visa required and a Non-EEA National with no children or dependents. b. Recent and up-to-date list of supporting documents required in a preclearance application from an Applicant Spouse, a Non-Visa required and a Non-EEA National with no children or dependents. 2. Any document that lists, states, explains, instructs or advises on the evidence required for a preclearance application when: a. A UK Citizen Sponsor of a Non-Visa required and a Non- EEA Spouse has established ordinary residence in Ireland b. A UK Citizen Sponsor of a Non-Visa required and a Non- EEA Spouse intends to establish ordinary residence in Ireland. 3. The recent list(s) of pre-approved or disqualified private medical insurance plans approved and listed by Health Insurance Authority (An tUdara Arachas Slainte) in compliance with Policy Document for a Category 1 Applicant. If aforementioned list(s) does not exist, please provide 20 recent private medical insurances approved in 2022 for other applicants in respect to Non-EEA Category 1 family member of a UK Citizen preclearance application.
