We request the following environmental information: All information concerning the recent decision to allocate €40,000 from the 2017 town and village renewal scheme to a project in Julianstown. 1. The request includes all information including: • the application form, • the results of all consultations, • the proposal for the allocation, • the record of the official proposal; that was put to councillors for voting, • internal approvals by officials, • all documents considered, • all internal discussions between council officials whether in emails, memos or meeting minutes • all information relating to meetings and correspondence between official and councillors and with third parties.
