I wish to request access to any records relating to meetings, discussions, or correspondence between the Minister for Health and Deputy Emer Higgins TD from 1 April 2025 to 3 June 2025, specifically in relation to: • The CHI Hip Surgery Audit, • Any patient complaints or concerns raised by Deputy Higgins, • Any reference to XXX or XXX. I am particularly seeking access to: • Minutes or summaries of meetings or phone calls, • Emails, letters, or briefing notes exchanged between the Minister and Deputy Higgins, • Internal records or memos discussing these interactions.
