A list of the organisations consulted by the department in determining its policy on the 'inclusive' use of the words 'women' or in the singular use, 'woman' as set out in the explanatory note on page 5 of the publication. Records recording discussions by the Minister and department on the ethical obligation of the department to reach out to, discuss with. and take into account the views of women and teenage girls who the department knows exist and, who are routinely referred to as 'Gender Critical women' or, in a more pejorative sense. as 'Terfs' and, which group of women are not represented by the tax funded National Council of Ireland because of the views they hold and articulate publicly in relation to women being a unique sex based category of women, in relation to the departments policy on the 'inclusive' use of the words 'women' or in the singular use, 'woman' as set out in the explanatory note on page 5 of the publication. Any records, particularly peer reviewed academic papers, which the department holds or which the department can refer me to showing or proving that the state ' gender non binary' exists as a verifiable state in reality.
