[5.] A comprehensive review of the process by which applications were reviewed and selected, including full transparency regarding the lottery process used, if any; [6.] The identity or role (not personal details) of the person(s) who adjudicated the lottery; [7.] A report on how many successful applicants accepted their grant, and, for those who did not accept, what procedures are in place to reallocate grants (including whether there exists a waiting list or 'next in line' list, and, if so, [requester's] current position on that list); [8.] A breakdown of grants awarded, separated into new licence holders and existing licence holders.
