1) details of all investigations carried out by Louth County Council and all works carried out by Louth county Council pursuant to a complaint by a member of the public on the 3rd August 2015 in relation to a fall concerning four raised footpath slabs on the footpath outside of Tesco's premises. 2) copies of all investigations carried out pursuant to such complaints together with all details of works carried out on this section of tne footpath. 3) Details of all technical reports written and all reviews carried out by any Engineer or Technical Officer or Risk Manager of Louth County Council pursuant to the receipt of this complaint from a member of the public dated 3rd August 2015.Note the incident is alleged to have occurred on the 23rd June 2015 at 14:00 hours 4) Details of any complaints received by memebers of the public between 2008 and 2015. 5) details of all works done on this footpath on West ST between 2008 and 2015.
