Correspondence and communications between Dept of Defence and NATO or any other relevant parties regarding a named person’s visit to Ireland. - Agendas, schedules, and itineraries for the named person’s visit, including details of meetings, events, and engagements attended during the specified period. - Minutes, notes, or summaries of meetings attended by a named person or involving the DOD during the visit. - Briefings, reports, presentations, or other materials prepared for a named person’s visit to Ireland. - Any agreements, memoranda of understanding, or other official documents signed or agreed upon during the visit. - Any other records related to a named person’s visit to Ireland that are not purely logistical in nature. - If the Department facilitated a meeting between the named person and other parties, please also include records pertaining to the meeting.
