Formal Request for Records under the Freedom of Information Act 2014 – Briefing to Oireachtas Members on Stroke held 5th April 2017 1. Copies of all letters, invitations, correspondences, emails, briefing notes, memoranda and any and all other communications between the Irish Heart Foundation and the Department of Health inclusive of the Office of the Minister for Health, pertaining to a presentation or information session on stroke services, held in the AV Room of Leinster House on 5th April 2017; 2. Copies of all and any "briefing materials and presentations" prepared by or received from the Irish Heart Foundation and or any other third party for the 5th April 2017 event, including any attachments, documents, or policy summaries distributed to Oireachtas members or their staff in advance of, at, and after the 5th April 2017 meeting; 3. Copies of any and all versions of the 2017 HIQA Health Technology Assessment on Mechanical Thrombectomy, or excerpts thereof, circulated internally within the Department of Health, or provided to attendees whether prior to, at, or after the 5th April 2017 stroke briefing session. 4. Copies of the invitation list, attendance records, or confirmation of attendance for the AV Room stroke briefing session held in Leinster House on 5th April 2017; 5. Copies of any and all follow-up correspondence with members of the Oireachtas relating to the Irish Heart Foundation's "Stroke Manifesto" campaign, including any constituency-specific briefing packs or materials, as referenced in Lobbying.ie Return #14960
