Bank of Ireland has reported a meeting between incoming chairman Akshaya Bhargava, outgoing chairman Patrick Kennedy and finance officials between 1 September and 31 December 2024. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I wish to request access to the following records/details: – all paper and digital correspondence (emails, letters, texts, WhatsApps, faxes) between the department and Bank of Ireland related to the meeting – all final versions of briefing material prepared by officials ahead of the meeting
