Our client instructs us that the N76 at Ballynacloona was widened and re-aligned in 1964-1965. Our client understands that as part of these works the boundary of his house at Ballynacloona, Glenbower was altered and amended. Our client wishes to obtain a copy of the council's files in relation to the widening and re-alignment works that were carried out at Ballynacloona in 1964-1965. ​We make this request under Freedom of Information Act.
