Article 35 of the Council Regulation (EC) No. 604/2013 (the Dublin III Regulation) requires that Member states notify the European Commission of the "specific authorities responsible for fulfilling the obligations arising under this Regulation". Accordingly, I request: 1. All records relating to this notification being made in relation to (i) the International Protection Office and (ii) the International Protection Appeals Tribunal; 2. All correspondence held in relation to the above between the Department and the European Commission since 30 December 2015.
