Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation

Under the FOI Act 2014 I am seeking access to correspondence including letters, emails, memos, briefs, notes, files and phone records that were processed between the Department of Public Expenditure and the Department of Health. I am seeking copies of all documentation from the dates January 1st 2007 to December 31th 2015. The correspondence relates to communications between the Department of Public Expenditure and the following officials in the Department of Health, former Personnel Officers Gerry Coffey, Barry Murphy and Luke Mulligan, Eilish Timoney (HR Unit), Sean McCormack (Corporate Services Unit) I would be very grateful if these documents/records could be provided to me in hard copy format. My request relates to all correspondence covering the relevant dates above in relation to the reorganisation of portering duties in the Department of Health and the subsequent claim in the Labour Court with regard to the relevant dates above. For information I have a reference number of 12-0086-PER which may assist in any search.
