Under the Freedom of information Act 2014, I am seeking the following. Any details of any payments, contracts, or other business arrangements by, or on behalf of, the OPW, with the following telecoms companies whether related to use of the Metropolitan Area Networks (MANs) or otherwise, for the past five years (2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018) in relation to the following companies: eNet enasc éireann teoranta Enet Telecommunications Airspeed where there were related meetings on such payments, fees, monies, contacts or other business arrangements, please can you provide the following records if they exist: agendas, attendees, minutes, briefing notes, details on alternative bidders, correspondence setting up and following up on the meeting, and any post tender audits or related documentation on performance of the tenders this should include, agents, intermediaries or other persons acting on behalf of eNet, its subsidiaries or parent company
