Department of Climate, Energy and the Environment

1. All records and correspondence held by the Department related to a briefing/presentation on 2020 government formation talks/programme for Government provided to either the Green Party, Fine Gael, and/or Fianna Fáil. (I understand in the Greens case the party supplied Departments with a list of queries or questions on their policy objectives in talks, and in most cases Departments then provided a presentation/briefing to the Green Party discussing the policy issues. This request would be for records related to that presentation, and associated correspondence, and records related to other similar presentations if they took place provided to Fine Gael or Fianna Fáil) 2. All briefings or analysis compiled by the Department on policy proposals as part of the 2020 government formation talks/programme for Government 2020.
