Under the FOI Act 2014, I am seeking the following: - a copy of any valuation reports relating to the purchase of apartments at the rear of the properties at the rear of 81-83 Merrion Square. - the amount paid for each of the apartments purchased to include an apartment identifier and the amount paid in each case. - copies of any invoices/receipts associated with services provided to OPW as part of the negotiations for the purchase of these apartments. - a spreadsheet/table/record indicating the total amount spent on the services of a negotiator for the purchase of these apartments. - copies of any tender documents relating to the provision of services for a person to be appointed to negotiate purchase of these apartments. I would prefer to receive this information electronically, ideally in its original electronic format.
