I wish to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2014 for all records pertaining directly or indirectly to: 1. The tax-free allowances/expenses payable under the Central Funding Scheme (CFS) for strategic Seconded National Experts (SNEs). 2. Any exchanges since 2013, both internally within your Department and with other Departments, in relation to reviewing those allowances/expenses. 3. Payments to SNEs, by other Departments, of allowances in excess of the allowance limits set by the CFS.
