Any correspondence sent to hospitals, nursing homes, disability services or other health employers related to warnings/advice concerning health staff supplied by an agency/agencies using falsified references; 2. Any correspondence with recruitment agencies on the topic of falsified references for healthcare workers; 3. Any correspondence with HIQA related to the phenomenon of health staff being supplied by an agency/agencies using falsified references; 4. Any internal departmental correspondence (sent or received by staff of principal officer level or higher) analysing or commenting upon the phenomenon of health staff being supplied by an agency/agencies using falsified references. I am interested only in documentation dating from January 1, 2025, and would prefer to receive the records electronically, preferably in their original formatting.
