can you please respond to the following points which relate to a waste management application (WMLXXXX) which is currently under consideration by the NIEA. 1) Has the DAFM been made aware that under waste management licence application WMLXXXX that the applicant is proposing to transport the waste from Limavady to areas in Ballindrait? 2) If so, have the DAFM carried out an accumulative impact assessment and an in-combination assessment on the protected sites and habitats around the area where the applicant is proposing to spread the digestate? 3) Which sites have been taken into consideration? 4) What is the radius surrounding the areas where the digestate is proposed to be spread, which the DAFM takes into consideration when determining these assessments? 5) Does the DAFM have a corresponding application number reference this NIEA application? 5) Does the DAFM have a corresponding application number reference this NIEA application? 6) What is the DAFM's policy on cross border compliance when determining waste projects which effect the same protected sites and habitats which sit on both sides of the border?
