I would like to make a freedom of information request in relation to personal injury compensation claims. Please can you provide me with: 1. The number of personal injury compensation claims made against the local authority in 2017 and in 2018. 2. The nature of the incidents that led to the claims. 3. A breakdown of the type of location where the incidents happened (e.g. public footpath, public road, playground, council-owned accommodation). 4. How many claims were settled and how many went or are going to court? 5. The value of compensation pay-outs by the council in 2017 and in 2018.
