Section 11 (access to records) 1. Any internal briefings/assessments/speaking notes prepared by the department, including but not limited to the state aid unit, related to the European Commission's proposed changes to the state aid framework as part of the clean industrial deal, between 1st February and 25th April 2025. 2. Internal correspondence within the department related to the above proposed changes to the EU state aid framework, between 1st February and 25th April 2025. 3. Submissions or correspondence from the department to the European Commission on the proposed changes to the EU state aid framework, or any contribution made to any other Government department preparing a submission to the commission, between 1st February and 25th April 2025.
