I am requesting all statements if interest/conflict of interest disclosures (for them and their families) as required under the standards in public office act 2001, submitted by all cabinet ministers, their special advisors and the current and previous members of the board of the hse, nphet, niac and hpra. The time period is the last 5 years and i am happy to receive this data in digital form in the interest of environmentalism.
