Requester sought access to records for academic years 2023, 2024, 2025 (10.11.25) broken down by faculty/department, relating to: - alleged academic cheating including the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), - procurement of exam papers in advance - plagiarism from online sources in continual assessment course work. - the outcome of that investigation (case proven, case not proven, etc); and records of any situation whereby it resulted in the non-awarding of a degree or certificate; or the required re-sitting of exams, or the required retaking of course work, including the retaking of an academic year; or any other penalty, eg, suspension or expulsion from the course. - indicate in each instance whether the person at the center of any investigation is an apprentice, undergraduate, post-graduate, or higher; or a member of staff or contractor.
