Under the regulations of the Freedom ofInformation Act I am hereby making an application to receive a full copy(electronic format is acceptable) of the independent report into the future ofthe Western Rail Corridor submitted to the Department of Transport in the pastfew months by EY Consulting. This report was paid for by public funds and Iwould like to see a full copy of the report as delivered to the Department.
