The Office of Public Works is the owner of the former Garda Station, at Churchground, Kilgarvan, County Kerry which is held as Plan 12 on the attached folio KY20945. - The property is currently being ussd as a centre for local CE Schemes for the community of Kingarvan. There is a 20-metre-high lattice communications mast on the site of the former Garda Station (the Mast) Vodafone are currently transmitting from the Mast I wish to make an AIE request as follows: 1. Please confirm who is the owner and /or operator of the Mast; 2. Please confirm what other operators other than Vodafone are trasmitting from the Mast; 3. Please confirm if TETRA are operating from the Mast, or wheather they hold current licencing rights over the Mast. 4. Please confirm what area of the Mast is available for operators to share space, including heights above ground level that such space in available; 5. Please confirm wheather the OPW have been contacted in the past 24 months by any operators seeking to obtain space for lelecommunications antenna/equipment on the Mast, and the identiy of such operators. Please provide all records of such correspondence.
