Department of Children, Disability and Equality

The time period for all actions below is 01/01/2024 to 09/02/2024. 1. Any or all internal emails, paper notes, documents, memorandums, terms of reference, briefing notes and correspondence (including instant messages, on Skype, Microsoft Teams etc) within the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth relating/regarding to Scouting Ireland. 2. Details of any or all correspondence (in electronic or paper format) and documents exchanged between Scouting Ireland and the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth (including emails, meeting invites, text messages, whats app, phone call records). 3. A list of all meetings held internally within the department (held in person or virtually) regarding Scouting Ireland and minutes, invites, agendas and attendees list of same. 4. A list of all meetings regarding Scouting Ireland with members of the public and/or directors/staff of Scouting Ireland regarding Scouting Ireland and minutes, invites, agendas and attendees list of same. 5. Any and all emails, text, whats app, phone call records with staff of Scouting Ireland. 6. The minutes and agenda of any meetings with the above named or any other Scouting Ireland representative(s) and the department (including emails, meeting invites, text, whats app, phone call records). 7. Any or all communication between the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth and State Regulatory Authorities/Agencies regarding Scouting Ireland (including emails, meeting invites, text, whats app, phone call records). 8. Any correspondence from the public and or public representatives/political parties to the department regarding Scouting Ireland and responses to same. 9. Any correspondence from members of the public and or public representatives to the department regarding Scouting Ireland.
