Documentation recording the frequency of DAFM inspection of this XXXX XXXXX. 3. A copy of the report from the most recent inspection of this XXXX XXXX. 4. Documentation showing that procedures are in place to avoid the storage of poultry litter during warm weather. 5. Documentation showing that water used for cleaning the poultry houses is captured and disposed of in accordance with environmental legislation and the European Union (Good Agricultural Practice for the Protection of Waters) Regulations 2017. 6. Documentation showing that safeguards are in place to ensure that water used for cleaning the poultry houses is not spread on land used for grazing livestock or silage production or on land adjacent to water courses or to grazing animals. 7. Documentation showing that there are drains in place on this site into which water used for cleaning the poultry houses drains, and the area into which this water is discharged. 8. Documentation detailing how DAFM ensure that the business complies with the ‘Code of Practice for the Welfare of XXXX XXXX’ 9. Documentation indicating whether the XXXX XXXX poses a threat to the XXXX river and/or water basin.
