“Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I am requesting records held by Leitrim County Council relating to road maintenance, pothole complaints and pothole-related damage claims. Specifically, I am seeking the following records for the period 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 inclusive: 1. Road Maintenance Expenditure • Records showing total expenditure on road maintenance in 2025. • If held separately, records showing total expenditure on pothole repairs in 2025. 2. Pothole Complaints • Records showing the total number of pothole complaints received in 2025, broken down by quarter. 3. Pothole-related Damage Claims • Records showing the total number of pothole-related damage claims received in 2025, broken down by quarter. • Records showing the total number of pothole-related damage claims settled in 2025, broken down by quarter. • Records showing the total number and total value of payments made by Leitrim County Council in 2025 in respect of pothole-related damage claims, broken down by quarter, regardless of when the claim was originally submitted. Where final year-end figures are not yet available, I request the most up-to- date records held at the date this request is processed, I kindly request that the response be provided in electronic format (e.g., PDF, Word, or Excel files).
