TD, carried out between November and January 2021 on a planned phasing out of all smoky solid fuels. 2) Any correspondence between November 2020 and January 2021 with Minister Ryan TD, from within the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications, on a planned phasing out of all solid smoky fuels. 3) Any communication between Minister Ryan TD, and the Department of An Taoiseach, between November 2020 and January 2021 on plans to phase out all smoky fuels.
