Under the 2014 FOI Act I am seeking the following: All communications between officials within the OPW and the former Minister, Patrick O'Donovan or his special advisor, Michael O'Connor, around a bike shelter constructed in Leinster House in April, between 1 December 2022 and April 9 2024. Any information notes surrounding the budgeted cost of the bike shelter on the grounds of Leinster House.
