In relation to an article published online in the Irish Independent on August 8th, concerning the decision of Fingal County Council to issue an enforcement notice to the DAA regarding upholding the planning laws, as regards Dublin Airport: • Please provide all information and records of how the Taoiseach came to the conclusion that he anticipated there would be no disruption to people's flights and that this would play out in the courts? • Please provide all emails, meeting records, notes, presentations, phone calls, updates from his Department or advisors on any advice or information the Taoiseach got or knew about a potential court case in relation to the enforcement. • Please provide all emails, meeting records, notes, presentations, phone calls from the Taoiseach or his office or his advisors on the topic of the enforcement by Fingal County Council and any questions, help or mediation that the Taoiseach tried to ask of or provide to the Department of Transport, the DAA, Department of Justice, An Bord Pleanala, Department of the Environment, Fingal County Council, or fellow Ministers.
